Cagsawa Tours is the most safest and clean bus company in the Bicol region with hospitable drivers and comfortable cabin specialy the Royale Elite Class but just one comment though, reservation staff in Araneta Center terminal are mostly not accomodating and snobbish. Hope Cagsawa Management can look into this!
