THE TRANSPORTATION department is soliciting bids for a P120.4-million consultancy contract to update the detailed engineering design of the new Bicol International Airport.

“The Department of Transportation and Communications (DoTC) will engage a consultant to update the detailed engineering design for the passenger terminal building of the Bicol International Airport at Brgy. Alobo, Daraga and to assist the bidding process of the project...,” according to a notice published in two newspapers yesterday. [read more]
