QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

1. This contest is open to all Albayanos aging from 16-21 years old.
2. Original birth certificate and one (1) Xerox copy. (Original certificate will be returned after validating the Xerox copy.)
3. One (1) passport size colored picture.
4. Contestant must bring his/her canned music accompaniment during the elimination.

1. MUSICALITY
(Choice of song/mastery/appropriateness) --- 30%
2. VOICE QUALITY
(clarity of tone/timbre phrasing & voice projection/dynamics) --- 40%
3. PERFORMANCE
(stage presence/deportment/expression/song interpretation) --- 30%
