It is no secret that the Philippines has some of the world's best beaches, islands, and diving spots. This year though, in particular, the world seems to be sitting up and taking notice.

American news site Daily News Dig recently came up with a list of “35 Clearest Waters in the World to Swim in Before You Die”, and in a list dominated by European and South Pacific bodies of water, Palawan's Linapacan Island sat squarely in the top spot. [read more]
