Pabirik Festival | February 2 
Paracale, Camarines Norte 

The Pabirik Festival is a week long celebration which commemorates the past culture, traditions, history and customs of Paracale considered as a gold town of Camarines Norte. A highlight of the Pabirik Festival gives emphasis on its rich mining industry while showcasing its gold products all of which are available in the municipality. Pabirik means “pan” which is a medium used by the natives of Paracale in gold panning.

Camarines Norte 

Bantayog Festival is a historical commemorating festival in Camarines Norte that features the first Rizal monument which is also the centerpiece of the celebration held simultaneous with the foundation anniversary of the province.

Pinyasan Festival | June 15 - 24 
Daet, Camarines Norte 

Pinyasan Festival showcases Camarines Norte’s premier agri-product which is the sweetest pineapple called Formosa.

Palong Festival | May 11-13 
Capalonga, Camarines Norte 

Highlighted by a street dancing and agro-industrial fair which expresses local folk’s gratitude for their town’s name etymology and signifies the abundant presence of rooster available in the locality. Held also in celebration of their Black Nazarene’s Feast Day on May 13.

Mercedes Kadagatan Festival | August 1-8 
Mercedes, Cam. Norte

It is a fishermen’s celebration of thanksgiving for the blessings and bounty during the seafaring, fishing expedition and fish farming endeavors. The fishtival is also a moment of retrospect and recognition of Mother Nature for having endowed Mercedes with a gift of vast fishery resources, magnificent shorelines and other aquatic potentials and the wise utilization and preservation of ecological balance for the attainment of environmental dignity and beauty.

Busig-on Festival | September 7-8 
Labo, Camarines Norte 

The Busig-on festival is based on the epic of the hero Busig-on who hails from Labo town and also of Bicolano values. The festival is a showcase of talent and skills in a competitive manner while showing the town’s places of interest and featuring the town’s unique historical values.

Paruyan Festival | September 9-Oct. 31 
Talisay, Cam. Norte 

The festival which derived its name from the local word Paruy, meaning rice, depicts the municipality’s primary product as well as its cultural heritage. Array of activities are lined up to drumbeat the event.

Mambulawan Festival | Sept. 24-Oct. 7 
Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte 

Held to coincide with the Feast of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, the festival aims to forge unity and cooperation among the local community, promote culture and arts, revitalization of mining industry, exposition of the town’s best, homecoming and involvement of Balikbayans, all geared towards advancement and economic growth.

Rahugan Festival | October 18-24 
Basud, Camarines Norte 

Rahugan festival celebrates the most humble of character traits among Basudeños: the love of family, sense of belongingness, peaceful and cooperative life, and community spirit. This week-long festival, therefore, embraces the community in a solid manifestation of solidarity among its people.
