    The volcanic activities on Mayon Volcano have slowed down in the past 24 hours. However, it remains under Alert Level 3 as hazardous eruption is still possible in a matter of weeks.

Cagsawa Dos Siglos Festival 2014 Schedule of Activities | Daraga, Albay



The historic town of Daraga in Albay once again set to hold its month-long Cagsawa Festival to mark the 200th anniversary of the February 1814 cataclysmic Mayon Volcano eruption that buried underground an entire community and its imposing baroque church built by Franciscan priests in 1724, leaving above ground only its belfry.
