Aling Lucing's Sisig


    Sisig is a Filipino dish made from parts of pig's head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers.

     Bicol Express is a popular Bicolano dish. It is a stew made from siling mahaba/long chilies, coconut milk, shrimp paste or stockfish, onion, garlic and pork.

       Pinangat, also known as Laing, this dish is a nice blend of taro leaves, chili, meat and coconut milk wrapped in gabi leaves and tied securely with coconut leaf.
