Legazpi Boulevard Part 1

Legazpi Boulevard

Legazpi Boulevard is a new coastal road and seawall project in Legazpi City. It is more than four kilometer seaside road with a panoramic view of Mt. Mayon, Kapuntukan Hill, Albay Gulf and the nearby islands.

The project links the newly opened Victory-Lamba Road to the Embarcadero de Legazpi, a tourism commercial/ recreational destination and to downtown Legazpi.

Embarcadero is a major waterfront development in Legazpi that will become a destination for both local and international tourists alike. The masterplan maximizes the uniqueness of the location – the site fronts the main harbour of Legazpi with views to the Mount Mayon volcano.

Embarcadero is comprised of retail, restaurants, markets, a major civic space and landmark lighthouse, with a future waterfront hotel and spa, and an Information Technology (IT) Park with an estimated 8,000-seat Call Center. Embarcadero will “activate” the waterfront creating an attractive and vibrant focus for the city’s leisure and lifestyle activities with selected business areas operational 24/7.

Calapan City is a 3rd class city in the province of Oriental Mindoro. It is the capital city of Oriental Mindoro and known as the "Gateway to the Golden Isle".
