Invitation to all LGU Officials, Educators, Culture and the Arts Societies/ Association and other tourism stakeholders to attend the five-day cultural heritage awareness and multi-disciplinary arts training program, KULTURANG BAYAN, which will be held from March 24 to 28, 2014 at Kamayan sa Palaisdaan Hotel & Resort, Tayabas City. 

13th Alimango Festival set on March 18 - 22

The municipality of Lala in Lanao del Norte is all set for the 13th year celebration of its Alimango Festival that culminates during the Araw ng Lala on March 22, the festival was held in line with the thrust of National Leadership and the vision of the Department of Tourism to promote and enhance community-based development and sustainable tourism.

The festival promotes a community-based and eco-oriented agricultural tourism which centers the display, sale and promotion of alimango which abounds in the coastal barangays of Lala in the province of Lanao del Norte, situated along Panguil Bay.
