   Masbate, dubbed as the Wild Wild West of the Philippines, once again comes alive for its annual Rodeo Masbateno Festival. The festival features a colorful parade of horse riders, rodeo competitions, beauty pageant, barn dance show, livestock show, agribusiness seminar and a country carnival. 

    This year, a new game was introduced called The Cattle Drive, the game showcases the traditional way of steering a heard of 50 cattle heads in a 3km stretch from Crossing St. to Rodeo Arena.
